This 4-piece, 4-inch air stone disc bubble diffuser with 12 suction cups is designed for use in hydroponics, aquariums, fish tanks, and other aquatic systems. The air stone is sintered at a high temperature of 1500°C, ensuring durability and making it ideal for diffusing air to increase airflow and oxygenation.

The rising bubbles, composed of harmless mineral material, enhance vital aeration and water movement in hydroponic systems, providing both decorative and functional air bubbles. With a diameter of 4.1 inches (10.5 cm) and a height of 0.75 inches (1.9 cm), this air stone is suitable for fish tanks ranging from 24 to 59 inches (60 to 150 cm) in size.

Recommended air pump power for optimal performance ranges from 4W to 8W, with the best results achieved using an 8W air pump. The air stone is compatible with 3/16-inch and 3/8-inch inner diameter tubing.

To ensure proper use, the air stone should be placed in water for 2 hours before initial use. Connect the airline hose to the air stone and an air pump, then position the air stone horizontally in the water and secure it using the provided suction cups.

Turn on the air pump, and enjoy the gentle bubbles that enhance oxygenation and water movement. Before first use, soak the air stone for 2 hours, and repeatedly plug and unplug the hose connected to the air pump more than 4 times to help create more uniform air bubbles.

If the water depth exceeds 1.3 feet (40 cm), you may need to use an air pump with a higher wattage to ensure optimal performance.

For maintenance, we recommend cleaning the air stone disc once a month (or more frequently if needed) to remove any algae or impurities that may block the holes and hinder air flow.

When not in use, be sure to clean and store the air stone in a dry, shaded area.

The package includes 4 air stone discs and 12 suction cups, allowing you to securely hold the air stone in place and prevent friction-related wear and tear, thereby extending its lifespan.

The air stone has a jetting volume of 12 L/min, making it suitable for fish tanks approximately 24 to 59 inches in size. It is designed to work with 3/16-inch and 3/8-inch inner diameter tubing and operates at a standard pressure of 0.01 MPa, with a maximum pressure of 0.012 MPa.
